NOTE: This is an former alt character im applying with, i sold the maincharacter whom i've experienced this with. For referances just ask me and i can give you a few irc/msn's.
Alright, this is gonna be a big package so i might aswell start with the TBC area since before that i wasn't really hardcore.
So i used to play a tauren shaman. I started the character on this server BoulderfistEU. I used to be a pretty amazing healer so when i was doing a 5 man group with a guild i was headhunted and joined a guild called SIN or something, can't really remember. After a while the guild was just rotten from the inside, guild management was terrible and some of the core decided to create a new guild called Megalomania. I was assigned as one of the officers in the team. We started from scratch and got a pretty nice roster pretty fast. We cleared all of SSC/TK pretty fast and went to black temple/Mount Hyjal. The level from blacktemple midlevel and ssc were fast noticed and alot of players were having difficulties with the goals we had set for the guild. However we managed to clear both instances, don't even start about archimonde since for alot it was to hard to click their tears. Anyways Sunwell got released and i already had my doubts were the guild would strand. We managed to kill Kalegcos but then hit the brick wall on Brutallus. Eventually after numerous of pointless whipes/personal errors we, the officer team, decided to call it a day and disbanded the guild. Being one of the best shamans on boulderfist i was soon headhunted again by a guild called Operation Eskimo ( used to be Over Exposure ) which had just transfered to Magtheridon from Boulderfist because of numerous reasons ( recruitment being the most important one ).
Theyre were on muru and needed a enhancement shaman. My offspec gear was pretty amazing and i got in as a resto/enhancement shaman. Mostly i was just being resto on Twins but that doesn't really matter. We managed to kill Muru and KJ prenerf and it was a amazing feeling. The guild progressed to the next level and managed to put themselves rank#2 on the Magtheridon server. Which probably means your #1 on every other server but having Ensidia above you doesn't really help.

We cleared all content pretty fast and were more then ready for Ulduar. I could go with a long story here but i might aswell link our progressions.

Also were very fucking close to Ignis world first but managed to whipe on 1%, but its ignis and nobody gives a fucking shit.
So why am i not in Operation Eskimo anymore is quiet easy to explain. We hadn't been able to down algalon for 2 resets in a row and we were having difficulties filling 2 open restoration druid spots. Then Catalysm+TOC info got released on the forums and the officers including alot of players started to wonder why to even fucking bother anymore. The game is gone to shit with all the casuals walking around in highend pve epics. So we as a guild decided to call it a day and disband. The guild is now one of the top Aion guilds but Aion isn't really the game for me, i tried it but didn't like it. |

Yes, i bind every important skill to either 1-6 and then i go with mousebuttons. I also use Alt+Q/W/E/A/S/D G etc. Use f1-f5 for marking. |

Since you describe yourself as semihardcore and i just moved to amsterdam, the idea of raiding 3-4 days and going out 2-3 days seems perfect. However i don't mind raiding 24/7 either during Progress. Obviously you guys are at the level aswell that you clear content within a month so after that you can clear it in a day or 2. So thats one of the mainreasons i apply aswell. |

I know my gear is terrible, but i think i am one of them exceptional players a guild looks for when they put it in their applicationthread. I have proven to be able to cope with hardcore raiding and have always been abled to play at the max level. I'm also used to coming with fresh idea when it comes to unexplored content. I can handle criticism very good and have no problems with being benched. I understand if i get declined because of the gear, but in my opinion with ulduar/toc normal i don't think it would be hard to gear a player.
